It’s only the end of June and I am already annoyed by the desert heat. I’ve been fortunate to travel to cooler climes over the past two weeks, but now I am home and even the pool is too hot, like bathwater. To remedy this, I’ve been scrolling through my photos from a day on the water in Howe Sound, northwest of Vancouver. The views were pristine and glorious. From the snow capped peaks to the abundant bald eagles, each new view brought sensory delight of nature sounds, pure air, and a cool breeze.
I don’t have much to write today, except that I could use that cool breeze right about now as I watch the mercury climb. Enjoy, travelers!
